The one major exception is that when I indicated that I preferred a quiet room the receptionist should have then assigned a gardens facing room.

Kind enough to allow early check-in - arrived at 5am and the check-in time was to be 3pm, we're well received at the Reception and settled in a comfortable location and allow us into the room by 12 noon (3 hrs before the normal check-in)-incredible!

The hotel was very accomodating and frequently arranged for taxis.
