It was truly a pleasure staying at your hotel. the main person that saved my vacation was KAAN - the guy was amazingly talented at hospitality and i highly appreciate the way he handled our time at the hotel. for that i would rate him at 10! same with most of the stuff super pleasant and accommodating, the food was good, our room after it was upgraded was marvellous, it was my husband's birthday and the whole event was taken care of by kaan pampering and sending surprises. We also used the spa and the massage was very nice!
