Clean hotel with great, friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet with gluten-free options. The location isn’t central, so buses or taxis are needed to reach the city. The only downside was housekeeping reusing my son’s dirty sheet, which was disappointing. Overall, a clean 10/10 stay with lovely staff

The room cleanliness during my stay was very poor. Throughout my entire stay, the bed linens weren't changed, the floor was unclean, and the bed was poorly made. Tissues weren't always provided, and tea, coffee, or sugar weren't replenished. The bathroom wasn't cleaned either; only the towels were changed. Used cups weren't replaced, unlike in other hotels. The reception didn't answer calls, and I couldn't contact other rooms by phone, which was extremely bad.
