Breakfast experience was very bad . Fruits are smelling and was spoilage , after complaints fruits changed with the reason that freeze was not working but how you can serve this type of food to your visitors . We have order 3 cup of tea which was also deleiver us after 20 minutes and was tastleless and cold . Overall Food taste was not so good . We have experienced so bad in the hotel . Suggestion to visitors not to visit the hotel as service is very poor . No one was taking care of used plates removal from table after request . Other customers are also waiting for the orders and was not so happy in restaurant . We have offered to upgraded the room which is appreciable other this was not upto mark for hotel and we have feel that this was our mistake to choose this property . We belongs to gurugram city in haryana and all are very much known faces and respectable in the society We are regular visitors in dehradun as we as a group of approx 30 peoples are doing real estate work in this area . We will not visit again to this property , this is our first and last visit to the property . Thanks a lot to the management for this type of service . Thanks
