This review is a little late but wanted to make a special mention of mr Digvijay he's a great guy he is welcoming and kind and goes out of his way to help..also a special mention of the lovely mr Deepak at the concierge /reception he was always smiling and helpful just great and really efficient ...Ashu and Balram now these two were super ..both of them chefs both wonderful cooked some delicious dinners for us ..really appreciated them ! Next is the lovely gentleman at the entrance who wears a red turban unfortunately I forgot his name he is a gem always smiling so so helpful especially if I needed any help with a delivery or luggage appreciated him alot ...Harshita at the club lounge she was lovely ... im sure I've forgotten some names but overall it's the people of the hotel that make it !!they are the heart of the hyatt ..thanks for the lovely stay❤️

Staff behaviour and service was beyond terrible. Not expected from a Hyatt or any 5 Star Hotel.
