While i was on the way to the resort i received an email from the hotel that due to technical problems they had to put me into a room without balcony as i ordered. After a 5 hour drive this was not the message i wanted to receive. Nevertheless the staff handled everything with utmost politness finding in the end a solution that worked for all of us. Extremely service minded and patient they put the customers at the center. Great experience regardless of the mix up. Would definitely stay there again.
