Roach in room and staff acted surprised, took 1.5 hours for air conditioning to cool room down, took long time to tell me there was no vanilla ice cream and pillows are so hard and smell like mildew. Maybe there is mold in the room. Will not be recommending this place. Staff were however most kind and respectful even when asking if I’d like another room. After waiting 30 minutes I declined.
