While I will not comment on the location (not interesting for the purpose of my staying there), I can say that the staff was friendly, helpful and professional, the room was very clean, breakfast was good (quality and diversity). Also, there is free parking (and a parking spot seems to be priceless in Cluj). I am rating with a 10 because it was exactly what I needed for the goals of our 3 days staying in Cluj.
