I made a reservation for 11 days with access to the spa and wellness . I was really disappointed that the spa/wellness was not operational. This was my third visit to this hotel, so you can say I was valued customer. The only thing I got is a voucher to use the spa on my next visit for free. No need to say this is very cheap way to treat a valued customer. So I paid for 11 days extra for the spa, and was not able to use it. You could have cancelled this option at booking.com for the period of the works.
