We have chosen Hyatt for the New Year celebration and stayed for 5 nights. Initial impression was not as good as expected due to rather low key, as turned out, New Year's Eve program - small area allocated for the gala dinner, no dancing program after countdown. We were even considering going elsewhere after midnight. Good that we did not go in the end and stayed in. Lack of major celebration has been compensated for by excellent gastronomic experience, great personalized service and overall nice festive atmosphere. Special thanks to Christina at the guest relations and Miguel at the main restaurant for taking great care of our personal requests. It is professional people like them who make difference and carry hotel's name. Apart from the New Year celebration arrangements, this is a nice hotel, conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from metro station, with some good restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minutes walk from the base. Very comfortable bed, good size warm room, professional staff.
