It’s not about the property it’s about one of your staff I didn’t like. When I checked in, the receptionist named JOHN did not come across as approachable. Unfortunately, he seemed a bit unprofessional in his manner he didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. What made the experience more disappointing was that I noticed he did smile and act more friendly toward other guests. I believe all guests should be treated with the same courtesy and respect.
