After more than 8 hours of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am and found that the shower in my room was not working, with only a few drops of water coming out, making it impossible to shower or wash my hair. I contacted the front desk at 1:00 am, but assistance was delayed, and I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. The only solution offered was for me to leave the hotel for a refund, which was not a reasonable option at that hour. With no alternative provided, I had to stay in a room without a functional shower, which is unacceptable for a paid hotel stay. The lack of support and problem resolution made this experience very frustrating.
