It was unsatisfactory and unpleasant. Due to the fact that there was no hot water not even warm water to shower. The hotel wouldn't accommodate a downstairs room for my son's vehicle injury. There wasn't any math mat or wash cloths. And the toilet slanted like of it was going to go through the floor.
